L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has unveiled 40 semiconductor products at SEMICON India 2026 as it expands its portfolio across power, connectivity, computing, security and automotive applications. The company showcased the products under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem”, highlighting its focus on developing semiconductor solutions for India’s growing technology and industrial requirements.

A key highlight is LTSCT’s entry into silicon carbide (SiC) products with a 1200V SiC MOSFET platform. The technology is targeted at applications including EV fast chargers, microgrids, solid-state transformers and traction inverters, where efficient power conversion is critical. The company has also taped out a BLDC motor controller designed entirely in India for energy-efficient BLDC ceiling fans, with the aim of reducing component count and overall system costs.

The portfolio also includes an in-house designed USB-C GaN charger, a Vision Camera SoC with on-device AI acceleration and a Secure Identity Platform for applications such as e-passports, payment cards and national identification systems. LTSCT is also showcasing connectivity and RF modules for smart metering, automotive systems and digital payments, alongside MOSFETs, diodes, bridge rectifiers and its first internally developed SiC power modules and devices.

The product launch reflects LTSCT’s broader strategy of developing market-ready semiconductor solutions across power, analog and mixed-signal, computing, IoT and RF technologies. The company is targeting sectors including automotive, industrial, energy, telecommunications and data centres, while aligning its semiconductor development efforts with India’s broader push to establish a stronger domestic chip ecosystem.
