Axiro Semiconductor is Aggressively Hiring Senior Analog/Power IC Design Leads for Its New Power Business Unit
Bengaluru-based Axiro Semiconductor is hiring Senior Analog/Power IC Design Engineers with 10–15 years of experience for its new power business unit focused on gate drivers, DC-DC converters, and intelligent power management platforms.

Bengaluru-based Axiro Semiconductor is expanding into Analog/Power IC design through its new power business unit and is hiring Senior Analog/Power IC Design Engineers – Design Leads with 10–15 years of experience.
The new business unit will focus on developing analog IP blocks for Gate Drivers, DC-DC Converters, and Intelligent Power Management Platforms, targeting advanced power semiconductor applications.
These roles call for engineers with strong hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal/power IC design, including system architecture, behavioural modelling, transistor-level circuit design, IP integration, verification, and silicon bring-up.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of MOSFET device physics, BCD/HV-CMOS technologies, and experience with PVT analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, mismatch, stability, and post-layout verification. Familiarity with GaN, SiC, and IGBT devices will be an added advantage.
Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/Spectre X, HSPICE, Verilog-A/AMS, and Calibre DRC/LVS/PEX is expected. The selected engineers will also lead technical reviews, mentor junior designers, and develop reusable analog IP for future products.
Headquartered in Bengaluru, Axiro was formed following CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited's acquisition of Renesas Electronics RF components business in October 2024. The new business unit represents an expansion of its semiconductor design activities beyond its established RF portfolio.
