Ahmedabad's IndieSemiC Introduces Ultra-Low-Power Bluetooth LE Module Based on Nordic nRF54L15
Ahmedabad-based IndieSemiC has introduced the ISC-nRF54L15-A Bluetooth LE module, featuring Bluetooth 6.0, a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and low-power operation for wearables and IoT applications.

Ahmedabad-based IndieSemiC has introduced the ISC-nRF54L15-A, an ultra-low-power Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module based on Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54L15 SoC, targeting battery-powered IoT and wearable applications.
The module integrates a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor with a RISC-V coprocessor, along with 1.5 MB of non-volatile memory and 256 KB RAM.
On the wireless side, the module supports Bluetooth 6.0 with Channel Sounding, offering data rates of up to 4 Mbps.
According to the company's published specifications, the module achieves 3.4 mA receive current, 4.8 mA transmit current at 0 dBm and −96 dBm BLE receiver sensitivity at 1 Mbps.
Additional features include a 14-bit ADC, Global RTC and built-in security capabilities, making it suitable for compact, battery-powered embedded systems.
The module targets applications including wearables, health-monitoring sensor patches and coin-cell-powered IoT devices, where power consumption, wireless connectivity and processing performance are important design considerations.
For India's wireless electronics ecosystem, locally designed modules built around established semiconductor platforms can help accelerate product development by providing manufacturers with ready-to-integrate wireless connectivity solutions.
